What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For our standard fabric storage box lines, MOQ is typically 500 pieces per SKU. For mixed-SKU container orders or trial runs, we can sometimes accommodate smaller batches — please share your target list and we’ll confirm feasibility.
Do you offer OEM/ODM customization?
Yes. We support full OEM/ODM: custom sizes, fabric weight and color, screen printing, woven labels, care labels, retail-ready packaging, EAN/UPC barcodes, and master cartons. Send your specifications and we’ll provide a tailored quotation.
What is the standard production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 25–30 days after sample approval and deposit. For larger container orders, we’ll confirm the exact schedule in the quotation. Rush orders may be accommodated — ask our sales team.
Do you provide samples? Are they free?
Standard samples are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Sample cost is typically refundable against your bulk order. Custom samples (with logo printing, custom size, or custom fabric) may carry a one-time tooling/setup fee.
What shipping terms do you support?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms depending on your preference and destination. Our sales team will advise the most cost-effective option for your route. Full export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) is included as standard.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit + 70% balance against copy of B/L for established orders. For first orders, we may require a higher deposit. L/C at sight is accepted for larger or repeat orders.
Do you sell to retail buyers?
No — we are a wholesale-only factory. Retail buyers, please contact your local distributor or home-textile retailer for our products.
How do you handle quality control?
We follow AQL-based inspection at every stage: in-line checks during sewing, final random inspection before packing, and palletization verification. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek) are welcomed at the buyer’s cost.
What packaging options are available?
Standard packaging is polybag + master carton. Retail-ready options include color box, hangtag, EAN/UPC barcode, and shelf-ready tray packing. Tell us your retail channel and we’ll recommend the best configuration.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes — wholesale buyers are warmly welcomed. Yingtan is reachable by high-speed rail from Shanghai, Nanchang, and other major Chinese cities. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange a tour of the cutting, sewing, printing, QC, and warehouse areas.
